Recordings on the virtual platform can now be protected by password. Such recordings will prompt the user to enter the correct unlock code before granting them access.
To enable this feature, edit the selected recording on event admin, and enter any unlock code you desire in the appropriate field. If this unlock code exists, all users will automatically be prompted to enter it in order to gain access to the recording. To turn off this feature, delete the unlock code.
Abstract table in event admin now displays the number of reviews each abstract has.
A new abstract status has been added: REVIEWED. This status will be automatically applied to PENDING abstracts when the first review is submitted. Abstracts can now also be filtered by this new status.
Image categories in the event gallery can now be marked as secret. Secret categories will not be visible to users until a password for unlocking that category is entered.
To enable this feature, first open the form to edit your chosen gallery category, then mark the category as secret and enter the unlock code. Finally, in the event settings, enable the option "Display unlock code field for secret gallery images"; this will display the field for entering the unlock code you have created in the previous step.
Once you distribute the unlock code to selected users, they can enter it in the special input field which will be displayed below the regular gallery images on both the event website and the virtual platform.
New option has been added in the agenda section: exporting all participants by session. This will list all participants who have marked a session as favourite, or have registered for a workshop. Exporting this data is possible for each session separately through the session details modal, or for all session at once by clicking the main export button in the Sessions section.
Proforma invoices and invoices have been moved to separate columns, which will allow users to sort the table by either of these properties. New filtering options have been added: transactions can now be filtered by invoice number and proforma invoice number.
